COVID-19 Policy

PASCHALi COVID-19 Policy

We are an independent specialist energy and environmental consultancy who supports organisations in reducing their environmental impact. We recognise that our success is based heavily upon the quality of our work and how we communicate.

Our Coronavirus Policy demonstrates the commitment we have in ensuring that our business practices are conducted safely during the Coronavirus pandemic.

We fully comply with the UK Government’s Coronavirus guidance and legislation. As such, we have implemented the following:

Working in the Office

  • Any staff member experiencing Coronavirus symptoms, living with someone experiencing Coronavirus symptoms or been asked to quarantine by the UK Government must not come to work and quarantine at home for the appropriate legally specified time.
  • All staff members will observe a two meter distance in the workplace. Where this is not possible, dividing screens have been installed to reduce the potential spread of the infection.
  • All staff must observe the correct hand washing guidance displayed throughout the office. In addition, access to hand sanitiser has been provided.
  • If staff develop Coronavirus symptoms (fever, continuous dry cough or change or loss in sense of taste or smell) whilst at work, they will stop work immediately and directly return home and begin self-quarantine for the appropriate amount of time.

Working at Clients premises

  • Before attending a client premises, a Coronavirus Self Declaration form must be completed by both staff and site personnel. If any of the questions responses are “Yes” then the site visit will be postponed or alternative staff or visitors will be arranged.
  • Appropriate Coronavirus Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided to staff before they attend site and must be correctly worn during the duration of the site visit. This will include hand sanitiser and appropriate face coverings.
  • Staff will maintain a social distance of at least two metres from site personnel. Where this is not possible, appropriate measures will be taken such as working back to back or side to side i.e. avoiding directly facing individuals at close proximity.
