Royal Mail - Developing an overarching buildings's energy strategy to support Royal Mail's group wide target of reducing a £57m pa energy bill by at least 15% across its 2,500 estate portfolio. As part of the targeted carbon reduction, PASCHALi created a pathway to implement operational and physical interventions. This included integrating and reviewing policies and specifications on heating, ventilation and lighting systems, building management controls , the use of CHP and how equipment is used. PASCHALi's overview focused effort on five key areas: Quick wins, A full review of building operational policies, identifying low-cost and no-cost interventions, accurate analysis of the estates' energy requirements with appropriate selection of green technology and engaging board level support and investment.

Greener Working Solutions has been working with CO2Sense to help companies access grant funding through the "CO2Sense Resource Effciency Voucher Scheme." On average PASCHALi has showed organisations how to
achieve average yearly savings of £33,000 pa; and 145 tCO2 with paybacks
